With tokens worth $2.5 billion, Mantle Treasury is one of the largest on-chain treasuries in the world, and the single largest when discounting native tokens thanks to it.<h2>Your Role:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Develop and publish engaging, Korea-specific content for the Mantle community.</li><li>Organize and manage community events, both online and offline, to boost engagement and interaction within the Korean market.</li><li>Foster relationships with community members through consistent communication.</li><li>Monitor and analyze community feedback to provide insights for improving engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the global Mantle team to align on broader community strategies.</li><li>Stay informed about local trends, regulations, and community needs in Korea to adapt strategies accordingly.</li></ul><h2>Your Craft:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Good understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, layer 2 solutions, DeFi, and SocialFi concepts.</li><li>1+ years of experience at an L2 or other Infrastructure project is a big plus.</li><li>Understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and their applications.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.</li></ul>
