We can proudly say that we are a highly data-driven, customer-centric product organization.\n Your responsibilities:<ul><li>Own Printify portfolio of Marketing tools to support the company's growth, ensuring proper integration and alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Work together with marketing teams to develop and execute growth strategies, leveraging marketing technology tools to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Utilize A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize the user experience and campaign performance.</li><li>Create and deliver regular reports on growth initiatives, including key performance indicators, progress updates, and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and marketing technology investments, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and enhancements as needed.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, delivering growth initiatives on time and within budget while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance through marketing technology solutions and strategies.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of current MarTech tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and customer data platforms.</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to a diverse audience.</li><li>Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience optimizing customer journeys and user experiences is a plus.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with technical SEO, preferably with an e-commerce, high-growth software site, or agency.</li><li>Experience working with third-party enterprise SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush, Brightedge, Screaming Frog, etc).</li><li>API Experience.</li><li>Affiliate Platforms.</li></ul> What we offer:<ul><li>Stock options so you own a part of Printify</li><li>Opportunity to work fully remote within EMEA time zones</li><li>Work from anywhere - our Printify Houses in Riga or Tallinn, your remote home office, or a co-working hub</li><li>Start your workday anywhere between 7 AM and 11 AM.
