Duties and Responsibilities: ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Project Execution and Management: Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Projects include but are not limited to client tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert in Microsoft technologies, providing guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders. Ensure technical solutions are aligned with the project's objectives and compliance requirements.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Compliance and Security: Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and frameworks such as NIST and CIS. Implement security measures and practices to safeguard data during migrations and within cloud environments.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues encountered during projects. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact on project timelines and deliverables.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and compliance standards. Recommend improvements to existing processes and technologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.Requirements●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3-5 years experience as a Microsoft Engineer ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Certifications in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of MD-100: Windows 10 and MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in managing and executing client tenant migrations, AD on-●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management projects.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with cloud security and governance tools.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune.&nbsp;Advantageous Skills: <ul> <li>Experience in configuring and integration of Apple Business Manager</li> <li>MS Intune device management experience</li> </ul>Benefits●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You will be a full-time offshore contractor employment of our client’s US-headquartered company.
