Ideal candidates will have Microsoft Dynamics experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br></p><h3>Your role and responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Develop and integrate solutions using Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements, focusing on replicating developed screens as per project specifications.</li> <li>Analyze and translate business needs into solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/SCM.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.</li> <li>Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with internal and client standards.</li> <li>Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements and implement technical solutions, emphasizing configuration over custom development.</li> <li>Document system configurations, customizations, and changes using tools Microsoft tools to ensure an up-to-date technical documentation repository.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>What you bring to the table</h3><ul> <li>3+ years of software development experience, focused on Dynamics 365.</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience configuring MS Dynamics 365 in the Cloud version, particularly in building new credit workflows for business clients.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and configuration options.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools, with experience in integrating various systems and data sources.</li> <li>Proficiency in documenting system configurations, customizations, and changes.</li> <li>Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, React, PCF Controls).</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (English - C1, Polish is a plus).<br> </li> </ul><h3>It’s great if you also have</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in baking/ finance institutions</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What you can expect from us</h3><ul> <li>Salary depending on your skills and experience&nbsp;<strong>PLN 17 000 - 28 000 net + VAT on a B2B</strong>&nbsp;+ VAT (on a full-time freelancer contract)</li> <li>Possibility to convert your freelance contract into permanent cooperation after the defined period</li> <li>All necessary equipment such as laptop, additional monitor, and accessories</li> <li>Flexible working hours with a focus on the delivery of our goals</li> <li>Remote team building initiatives</li> <li>Regular feedback on your performance</li> <li>Unique team environment for the recognizable baking client<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Want to know more about us?<br></strong><a href="https://10clouds.com/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external"></a>10C Financial Institutions is part of the 10Clouds Group and was created by software developers for all who want to join our mission to change the world through technology.
