This position is intended to be 3 – 4 months in duration due to the temporary absence of a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical contract operations administration, including working in GPO contract activation portals, and communication with medical distributors and health care organizations. &nbsp;&nbsp;ESSENTIAL JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage contract activations in GPO portals: o&nbsp;&nbsp; collect and review relevant activation paperwork.o&nbsp;&nbsp; evaluate activations against tier requirements.o&nbsp;&nbsp; take required action in the portal to accept, counter, terminate the activation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Frequent external communication with distribution partners regarding contract and/or price eligibility (via EDI platform and email).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Internal management of activation rosters and files, including price files and facility lists. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Internal company communication regarding new activations and current customer contracts.&nbsp;MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years of related experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have ability to quickly learn functionality of software and syndicated data used to manage our business.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent reading and comprehension skills with proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be positive, willing to contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have the ability to work independently, self-starter, and be exceedingly responsible.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must possess a cell phone.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to listen.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent grammar, and ability to follow up effectively with all staffing levels and customers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to respond to customers, vendors, and coworkers in a diplomatic and positive manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills – be able to handle pressure skillfully.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrates good common sense and sound judgement.. This range will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance.
