Your focus will be on maximizing advertising budgets to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue. This role demands a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a creative approach to crafting compelling ad content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Experience with innovative ideas for channels like Spotify, Hulu, and other streaming platforms will be crucial for success. You will have the opportunity to leverage an in-house video production team, graphic designers, and copywriters to create engaging and effective ads.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Campaign Strategy and Planning:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid media strategies aligned with overarching marketing objectives.&lt;br&gt;Conduct comprehensive audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and personas.&lt;br&gt;Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budget allocation for each campaign.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Campaign Execution:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Local Service, Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.&lt;br&gt;Implement advanced targeting techniques to effectively reach specific audience segments.&lt;br&gt;Monitor campaign performance in real-time, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to optimize results.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Data Analysis and Reporting:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.&lt;br&gt;Generate insightful reports to communicate key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to clients.&lt;br&gt;Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.&lt;br&gt;Assess conversion rate optimization and make recommendations for ad strategies, landing pages, and creative elements.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Ad Tech and Tool Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of digital advertising platforms.&lt;br&gt;Evaluate and recommend ad tech solutions and tools to enhance campaign management, tracking, and optimization processes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Cross-functional Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure campaign strategies align with broader marketing efforts.&lt;br&gt;Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and web developers to create ad graphics, copy, landing pages, and video ads.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.&lt;br&gt;- Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Programmatic &amp;amp; Local Service), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with additional platforms is a plus.&lt;br&gt;- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, best practices, and ad tech platforms.&lt;br&gt;- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics, HotJar, etc.&lt;br&gt;- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for setting up and tracking conversions and revenue.&lt;br&gt;- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to influence strategies.&lt;br&gt;- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.&lt;br&gt;- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous optimization and performance improvement.&lt;br&gt;- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant advertising platforms.&lt;br&gt;- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.&lt;br&gt;- Experience with remarketing strategies.&lt;br&gt;- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with paid media strategies.&lt;br&gt;- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.&lt;br&gt;- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns for both B2B and B2C companies.&lt;br&gt;- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of $20k or more.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to communicate professionally with clients via calls and email.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Advanced english level (C1/C2)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Details:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Full-time, M-F.
