We are looking for a&nbsp;German-speaking&nbsp;Sales Manager/Telesales&nbsp;to work with us part-time&nbsp;in a remote setup for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
About the OTA client
Building a group providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy treatments in physical practices, in elderly home cares and in private homes. Your tasks: 
<ul><li>Open up new relationships with senior institutions by briefly and crisply pitching what it is about by phone and with a lot of charisma to the PDL (nursing service management) or the EL (facility management) and convincing them to arrange a more detailed conversation with our account manager</li></ul>
<ul><li>Search, record and maintain the data for senior citizens' facilities potentially suitable in the CRM system</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively shape the sales process and rely on the continuous support and coaching of your manager</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use the freedom to plan your working day independently and celebrate your individual achievements in the team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Report regularly to your supervisor, together you keep an eye on your KPIs Your profile: </li></ul>
<ul><li>You have at least 10 hours / week</li></ul>
<ul><li>You are a positive person, a telephone professional and you are interested in people. Ideally, you have already successfully gained experience in sales</li></ul>
<ul><li>You speak and write German at a very high level</li></ul>
<ul><li>You are trustworthy, committed and lack of motivation is a foreign word for you</li></ul>
<ul><li>You are a team player and want to develop yourself</li></ul>
