This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Insights Assistant to join a fast-paced environment and be part of a highly motivated and talented team in a growth-minded environmentOverall purpose and responsibilities of the role:Responsible for helping the customer support team scale with ease and confidence, ensuring all the everyday tasks are complete, whilst at the same time keeping the customer department in compliance with the regulatory environments in which they operate. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. </li> <li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods, tools and resources to ensure the customer is provided with the correct information. </li> <li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure the customer is being helped within the means. </li> <li>Create id card file on Mondays</li> <li>Issue refunds for rejected assessments</li> <li>Notify a bad review</li> <li>Reshipments for vests, id cards and letters</li> <li>Complete weekly report</li> </ul>RequirementsSkills &amp; Qualifications: <ul> <li>At least 1 year of experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) in a remote setting</li> <li>Proficiency in using any CRM systems, and other communication tools</li> <li>Familiarity with common office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and remote work tools.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of spreadsheet management and report creation.</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.</li> <li>Strong time-management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.</li> <li>Demonstrate a proactive attitude</li> <li>Maintain a high level of attentiveness to tasks.</li> <li>Open and transparent communication is essential to ensure smooth operations.
