As we continue to expand our offerings, we're seeking driven individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing maintenance management.As a Partner Solutions Manager, you will support our Go To Market teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, and account management. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers' needs and the capabilities of our service partners and system integrators. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless integrations between CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and various other platforms within our customers' tech stacks. This includes ERP/Accounting systems, sensors, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and productivity tools. The position is remote, but will require occasional travel.How you’ll make an impact:Customer Engagement and Workflow Mapping:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Assist customers in mapping out requested workflows and integrations between their CMMS and other platforms within their tech stack.</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements, specifications, and evaluate existing systems to propose optimal solutions.</li><li>Develop a strategic blueprint to guide the integration process and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li></ul>Partner and System Integrator Relationship Management:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Act as an expert on Limble’s products to partners and drive revenue through engaging partners.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with service partners and system integrators to facilitate integration work for customers.</li><li>Develop a partner bench of qualified partners to ensure a pool of reliable resources for customer projects.</li><li>Facilitate introductions between customers and partners while ensuring clear communication of business requirements and expectations.</li></ul>Project Management and Stakeholder Facilitation:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Manage the overall project lifecycle between the partner and the customer to ensure timely and successful delivery of integration projects.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements, present solutions, and keep all parties informed about project progress.</li><li>Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and time constraints while meeting quality standards.</li><li>Embed with core Product and Engineering to serve as a “Voice of the Partner” to drive product roadmap and feature request prioritization.</li></ul>Solution Design and Technical Implementation:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Create and share best practices and reusable processes and tools, such as reference architectures to enhance the quality and efficiency of the integrations/partner organizations</li><li>Provide technical solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging knowledge of software designs, languages, and architecture.</li><li>Utilize knowledge of RestAPI, Webhooks, and other integration technologies to ensure robust and scalable integrations.</li><li>Monitor development processes to ensure solutions are built according to the strategic blueprint and customer requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Manager/Consultant, Partner Integration Manager/Consultant or similar role. </li><li>Strong understanding of a wide variety of applications such as CMMS, EAM,  ERP,  IoT and legacy systems interact with each other in an enterprise technology ecosystem.</li><li>Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and understand how a wide variety of technologies interact with each other.</li><li>Proficiency in RestAPI, Webhooks, and other integration technologies.</li><li>Practical experience in project management and stakeholder facilitation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.</li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Passion for learning about current and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions for open ended business problems.</li><li>Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience working in a customer-facing role with a focus on integration projects.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Represent the technical health of partnerships overall on quarterly business reviews and highlight any blockers to broader Limble integration adoption.</li><li>Certification in project management or relevant certifications</li></ul>Benefits<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>$150,000 - $200,000 OTE, depending on experience</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance</li><li>Flexible paid time off</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>401k with company match</li><li>HSA with company match</li><li>Stock options</li><li>Opportunities to grow with us!</li></ul> At Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed.
