There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.Responsibilities<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Identifying Venture, Talent and Professional Services organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building successful partnerships with them</li><li>Closing, managing and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel or resell on behalf of Deel</li><li>Nurturing partnerships beyond launch, until they can be strategically managed</li><li>Ideating, launching and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)</li><li>Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth</li><li>Identifying additional opportunities with fintech partners, including integrations and product partnerships</li></ul>Requirements<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Able to get stuff done. Not afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver what is needed. Bonus points if you have completed partnership deals and negotiations in a related or regulated industry in the past.</li><li>Experience of building business relationships with financial institutions, and dealing with risk/compliance teams within these institutions.</li><li>An analytical thinker. You have the ability to figure out the ideal operational and commercial process with every new channel / partner</li><li>Excellent at managing external relationships (founders and executives)</li><li>Happy to work independently and self-motivator</li><li>Able to pay attention to details with great resilience to achieve goals</li><li>Willing to help others achieve their goals (a team player)</li><li>Passionate about transforming the remote hiring and payroll industry</li><li>Must be native or fluent in English. An additional regional language would be a plus</li><li>You have an understanding of Venture Capital and the Asia technology investment landscape</li><li>You are adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment</li><li>You are an active relationship builder and who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows</li></ul>We’d especially love to speak with you if<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, development/Strategic Partnership or PDR</li><li>You have worked for an HR, VC or Fintech company</li><li>You've worked at a fast-growing startup or in a business focused on helping SME’s grow</li><li>You have previously successfully worked in a remote &amp; distributed team</li><li>You have 3-5+ years of experience in a KPI targeted Business</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
