The ideal candidate will have &lt;strong&gt;deep expertise in paid search marketing&lt;/strong&gt; and will manage large advertising budgets across &lt;strong&gt;Google Ads&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Bing&lt;/strong&gt;, and other paid media platforms. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns, particularly focused on driving &lt;strong&gt;US-based&lt;/strong&gt; customer acquisition for our &lt;strong&gt;consumer SaaS&lt;/strong&gt; product, ideally with a &lt;strong&gt;subscription-based model&lt;/strong&gt;. (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) with a focus on &lt;strong&gt;high-impact campaigns&lt;/strong&gt; for &lt;strong&gt;US-based customers&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Campaign Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Own and manage large ad budgets, ranging from &lt;strong&gt;$20k-$50k+ per month&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring efficient use of spend and maximization of ROI.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Keyword Research &amp;amp; Optimization&lt;/strong&gt;: Conduct &lt;strong&gt;keyword research&lt;/strong&gt;, track performance, and optimize for &lt;strong&gt;conversion rates&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;customer acquisition&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creative Testing &amp;amp; Ad Copy&lt;/strong&gt;: Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize &lt;strong&gt;ad copy&lt;/strong&gt;, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conversion Tracking &amp;amp; Analysis&lt;/strong&gt;: Monitor and optimize paid media channels for &lt;strong&gt;acquisition cost&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;lifetime value (LTV)&lt;/strong&gt;, and overall ROI.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cross-Channel Marketing&lt;/strong&gt;: Partner with other marketing teams to align paid search efforts with other channels (e.g., display ads, YouTube ads, retargeting).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting &amp;amp; Data Insights&lt;/strong&gt;: Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;hr&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3-5 years of experience in &lt;strong&gt;performance marketing&lt;/strong&gt; with an emphasis on &lt;strong&gt;paid search&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Google Ads&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience managing large budgets in a &lt;strong&gt;consumer SaaS&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;subscription-based&lt;/strong&gt; product environment (e.g., &lt;strong&gt;Netflix&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Grammarly&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;VPN tools&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience optimizing &lt;strong&gt;paid media&lt;/strong&gt; campaigns (search, display, retargeting).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills and experience using &lt;strong&gt;Google Analytics&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Google Ads&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Bing Ads&lt;/strong&gt;, and other &lt;strong&gt;performance marketing tools&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience working with &lt;strong&gt;US-based customers&lt;/strong&gt; and driving &lt;strong&gt;customer acquisition&lt;/strong&gt; in competitive markets.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consumer-first mindset&lt;/strong&gt;: Ability to adapt B2C growth strategies to B2B SaaS environments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A strong &lt;strong&gt;data-driven approach&lt;/strong&gt;
