Great, here's who we're looking for...The Performance Media Strategist is responsible for managing the end-to-end paid media for high-profile clients. This includes the planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns. They act as the go-to escalation point for client questions and concerns on campaigns and strive to find new tactics and platforms while collaborating with other internal teams. What You Will Do<ul> <li>Responsible for the monitoring, optimizing, and reporting of campaigns on an ongoing basis</li> <li>Optimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics to ensure goals are being achieved</li> <li>Work directly with Analytics team to report on insights and measurement of KPIs&nbsp;</li> <li>Establish channel and tactical strategies along the path-to-purchase&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Establish benchmarks and projections for tactics</li> <li>Work directly with clients to present findings and strategy</li> <li>Work with creative teams to develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive results&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with development teams on tracking plans, best practices, and issue resolution</li> <li>Monitor campaign budgets and results, making budget and channel allocation recommendations as necessary</li> <li>Set-up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Set up new accounts and implement account strategy&nbsp;</li> <li>Set up new accounts and oversee Analysts’ or Coordinators’ account strategies</li> <li>Present and report to clients as well as be the go-to escalation point for client questions and concerns on campaigns</li> <li>Proof dashboards, ensuring the are accurate prior to status meetings</li> <li>Be a mentor for other team members</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and developments in technology</li> <li>Draft POVs on new tools and tactics, as required</li> <li>Draft search and social copy, as required</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>4-5 years of experience managing paid media&nbsp;</li> <li>Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics and on-top-of new developments with Google</li> <li>Up to date on the latest digital trends and able to apply educated recommendations based on this knowledge</li> <li>Demonstrates an interest in researching new channels and methods of paid amplification</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage budgets&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clients</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment</li> </ul>BenefitsOur benefits are anything but basic, with vacation time available on day one (not to mention an extra bonus week during the holidays), an annual travel credit (for non-work related travel), and free office snacks and drinks to keep you energized when you’re around.In addition, we offer the following and are consistently looking for new ways to enhance the benefits we offer to our team: <ul> <li>100% premium share option for Group Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision), with a health spending account to top up your claims</li> <li>A wellness spending account</li> <li>Company matching RRSP program</li> <li>Top up for Parental/Pregnancy leave</li> <li>Remote and flexible work arrangements</li> <li>Transit and fitness discounts</li> <li>Recreational sports teams</li> <li>Learning and development opportunities with a multitude of resources</li> <li>Internal recognition programs</li> </ul>
