The series features engaging conversations between a host and guests, focusing on creating compelling content that resonates with modern audiences. This remote position requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality while adhering to established creative guidelines.Responsibilities<ul> <li>Edit weekly podcast episodes featuring conversations between host and 1-2 guests</li> <li>Remove content issues, filler words, and unnecessary pauses</li> <li>Balance and enhance audio quality for all speakers</li> <li>Add intro/outro music and transition elements</li> <li>Ensure consistent pacing and flow throughout episodes</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven track record editing interview-style podcasts</li> <li>Proficiency in professional audio editing software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or similar)</li> <li>Strong understanding of audio cleaning and enhancement techniques</li> <li>Experience with multi-track editing and mixing</li> <li>Ability to maintain consistent style across episodes</li> <li>Knowledge of current podcast production trends and standards</li> </ul>
