Reporting to the VP of Post-Sales, this role will support the day-to-day operations across multiple teams (Triage, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Mediation). The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is adept at developing strategies and maintaining operational efficiency. <h1>What You Will Do</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Collaborate with the VP of Post-Sales to define, execute, and monitor the strategic initiatives for the Post-Sales department.</li><li>Ensure all operational processes within Triage, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Mediation are efficient, scalable, and align with business goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track the progress and success of Post-Sales teams.</li><li>Manage and optimize workflows and processes to ensure smooth operations, resource allocation, and effective collaboration across teams.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact between Post-Sales teams and other departments (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Sales), ensuring alignment and communication.</li><li>Assist in capacity planning and resource management to meet customer demand and scale team efforts.</li><li>Lead efforts to standardize tools, processes, and documentation to drive consistency and improve efficiency across the Post-Sales organization.</li><li>Act as a project manager for key initiatives, coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines.</li><li>Support the VP of Post-Sales with budgeting, reporting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and work proactively to implement process enhancements.</li></ul><h1>Minimum Qualifications  </h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business strategy, preferably in a technical or post-sales environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, Trello, Salesforce, or similar platforms).</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.</li><li>Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and budgeting.</li><li>Must be based remotely in US or Canada.
