Not only that, Snappy collaborate with stores and their local communities, to help make them thrive. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The role &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a brand-new role! We are looking for a motivated and brilliant communications leader to run and deliver our PR strategy. The PR Manager will support Head of Marketing in making a big impact within our fast-growing business. You’ll be the go-to PR specialist for Snappy Group, covering trade, local and national media and will be responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of the Group’s PR plans and campaigns.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Grow the brand awareness of Snappy Group by securing earned, credible press coverage across trade and consumer press.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Grow the Snappy Shopper active customer base by executing tailored PR plans in local and national press.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Be the central owner for the PR and Events calendar for trade media (food industry, retail, tech. etc.) and secure and facilitate opportunities that are relevant to our strategy.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Enable marketing leads in Growth Squads to activate hyper-local media initiatives across local radio and press.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Manage and respond to media enquiries (mainly TV, Radio, Press), interview requests and speaker opportunities, and facilitate as necessary.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Monitor media coverage and proactively share with key internal stakeholders, highlighting any learnings, findings and opinions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Prepare and share key findings through weekly and monthly performance updates.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Stay ahead of the curve on trends, best practices and technologies in your expert field, with a continued learning mindset.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Creative PR campaign ideation and implementation&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;· A degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or similar business field.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· A learning mindset, with proven ideas you want to experiment with and an openness to try new ways of doing things.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Confident sharing ideas with and directing senior stakeholders when facilitating media opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a remote marketing team, with excellent project management skills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Experience in managing PR agencies against delivery of a plan.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Love to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, inspiring others around you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Experience in crisis management and handling media enquiries effectively.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;· Experienced collaborating with influencers and social media channel owners.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Specifics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Salary: £36,000 - £43,000 pa &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Location: Home based, with the exception of a few meet ups a quarter at HQ in Dundee. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
