Our leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, and hails from management consulting, investment banking, Wharton, and Stanford.As a Product Designer, you will:<ul> <li>Create experiences that empower and delight our users</li> <li>Initiate and collaborate with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to drive user insights and technical requirements</li> <li>Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes for development</li> <li>Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations to ensure all user experiences are intuitive, quick, and fit the intended business process</li> <li>Drive the communication and delivery of design excellence in the final product</li> <li>Create AutoLeap pattern libraries and templates for a variety of users to ensure consistency and scale</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design and 3-6 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products</li> <li>Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools: Figma (mandatory), Invision (preferred), and Zeplin (preferred)</li> <li>To have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables</li> <li>The ability to communicate complex concepts across different audiences</li> <li>To be a self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hard work required to solve creative challenges</li> </ul>
