As a Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful development of our products &amp; brands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team for all brands, sourcing &amp; technical design to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including, marketing, production, wholesale, customer experience &amp; operations, to ensure seamless product development processes. <ul><li>10+ years of experience in Product Development is a must</li><li>Experience in the apparel industry is a must</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch</li><li>Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must </li><li>Retail and Beauty industry experience is a plus</li><li>Experience in intimates OR seamless construction is a must</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must</li><li>Understanding the plus size market, womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus</li></ul>
