The ideal candidate is not only skilled at shaping product strategies but also adept at hands-on functional analysis and collaboration with the tech team to ensure the development of impactful and user-focused product features.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Define and set key results for the Gipo Core product team in cooperation with the Product Lead, develop the product strategy and roadmap ensuring that it achieves set goals.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases.</p></li><li><p>Develop product and functional requirements using Agile methodologies and wireframes, ensuring they are backed by user/customer insights, while defining UATs, DoD and DoS together with the technical team.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Tech, Customer Success, Help Desk, Product Expert, and Marketing teams to gather feedback, evaluate it, and roadmap the highest value activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure developed features meet expectations before they reach the production environment.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Build and support the creation of product documentation from a functional and behavioral perspective together with our Product Experts team.</p></li><li><p>Monitor progress and manage rollout of new features, keeping teams aligned on product status and ensuring the adoption of new features happens quickly and naturally.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Work with other Product Managers from different areas to balance business goals and customer needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li><p>Product Management: 3+ years of experience in product management (ideally B2B), with a proven track record of delivering successful products.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and delivering results.</p></li><li><p>Feeling comfortable being independent and taking initiative - expect to encounter scenarios with ambiguity, so we expect this person to navigate through such uncertainties and carve out solutions.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make informed product decisions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organization skills with a good understanding of Agile or Shape-Up development processes.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and prioritize goals to drive product engagement.</p></li><li><p>Ability to keep the clarity of the next steps and spread your vision across the organization.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English and native Italian.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>A Big Bonus is:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, eHealth trends, and the patient journey.</p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><strong>We offer:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Salary range between 50.000 and 60.000 gross euros per year, based on your experience and skills.&nbsp;</li><li>A dynamic, informal work environment that values all employees.</li><li>Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.</li><li>Fully remote work with the option to visit our office in Bologna/ Rome - your choice!</li><li>Meal vouchers (€8/day).</li><li>Welfare up to € 1,200 for you and your family.</li><li>Health insurance, we want you to take care of your health.</li><li>Training opportunities (Agile and Lean training, certifications).</li><li>Weekly time dedicated to your professional growth.&nbsp;</li><li>A close-knit team of professionals, ready to share their expertise.</li><li>Plenty of memes and team-building events, both remote and in-person (whenever possible).</li></ul></div></section>
