The Role:
We seek a Product Manager who speaks Japanese to join our crew and work on our essential products. To contribute to the business’s growth, you must have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.
 
As a “Product Manager - Japanese Proficient speaker," you are expected to:
<ul><li>Manage one or several products that cover online gaming and related content</li><li>Strategically acquire traffic from multiple approaches such as search engines, emails and social media.</li><li>Lead team members and get things done together in a timely manner</li><li>Closely communicate with SEO, content, CRM, and tech teams</li><li>Constantly identify issues, analyze the reasons, and improve to achieve better efficiency and quality for both product development and team operation</li><li>Keep tracking the KPIs (commercial, traffic operational, etc), then define TO-DOs for scaling or recovering</li><li>Assist ad hoc tasks of SEO and content-related works</li></ul>
 
Success in this role means:
<ul><li>Identify the tasks by observing the product performance and communicating with stakeholders</li><li>Accomplish leading products to be successful through product-led and tech-enabled approaches</li></ul>
 <ul><li>Proficient Japanese speaker</li><li>Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written (in case you have exceptional skills, English language can be non-required)</li><li>Result driven leader</li><li>Experience in project management and/or product management</li><li>Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console</li><li>Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong internet research skills and resourcefulness</li><li>Proficient WordPress knowledge</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time</li></ul>
