The Role:
We seek a Product Manager to join our crew and work on our essential products, with a focus on our Sports vertical and contributing to the business’s growth. You must have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.
 
As a Product Manager, you are expected to
<ul><li dir="ltr">Manage one or several products that cover sports, particularly cricket, in the beginning.</li><li dir="ltr">Be the expert on the products you are focusing on</li><li dir="ltr">Understand the different aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and act accordingly.</li><li dir="ltr">Always be on top of performance by looking at the KPIs</li><li dir="ltr">Constantly focus on business, market, and user insights to feed the strategy, backlogs, and ongoing initiatives (qualitative and quantitative data)</li><li dir="ltr">Focus on finding sales and revenue opportunities </li><li dir="ltr">Prioritize and plan upcoming work that aligns with the current focus</li><li dir="ltr">Work in a cross-functional team with the main focus on delivering user and business value (SEO, CRO, UX, Dev, Sales, etc) and manage day-to-day operations</li><li dir="ltr">Work in an iterative and agile product development mindset, focusing on validation, learning, and value creation in all areas, from traffic to conversion.</li></ul>

 <ul><li dir="ltr">Working proficiency in english, both verbal and written</li><li dir="ltr">Proficient experience in agile and lean product management</li><li dir="ltr">Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills</li><li dir="ltr">Data-driven experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, GA4, Hotjar </li><li dir="ltr">Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console</li><li dir="ltr">Proficient WordPress knowledge</li><li dir="ltr">A result-driven leader with excellent communication skills</li><li dir="ltr">Preferably experience from experimentation</li><li dir="ltr">Preferably experience within affiliation, sports betting, or cricket</li></ul>
