As a Product Marketing Manager at Prochant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products' success and strategic direction. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, deep competitive intelligence, and becoming a subject matter expert on our products and services. You will also play a pivotal role in GTM for product launches and the development of messaging and positioning.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Market Research: </li></ul><ol><ol> <li>Lead research initiatives to gather detailed market insights from current customers and broader market trends. </li> <li>Explore and evaluate new markets and opportunities to inform and guide product strategy. </li> </ol></ol><ul><li>Competitive Intelligence: </li></ul><ol><ol> <li>Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to stay ahead of trends, threats, and opportunities. </li> <li>Conduct win/loss interviews to gather insights and refine marketing strategies. </li> </ol></ol><ul><li>Product Expertise: </li></ul><ol><ol> <li>Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Prochant’s products, becoming the go-to expert internally and externally. </li> <li>Assist in new product development, pricing, and enhancements based on feedback and identified market needs. </li> </ol></ol><ul><li>Messaging and Positioning: </li></ul><ol><ol> <li>Craft compelling messaging that clearly differentiates Prochant’s products in the market.</li> <li>Develop strategic positioning documents that align with business goals and customer needs.</li> </ol></ol><ul><li>Go-to-Market Strategy: </li></ul><ol><ol> <li>Help plan and execute the strategy to launch new products or features to the market with a particular focus on defining product scope, benefits and features to provide a foundation for content creation.</li> <li>Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry.</li> </ol></ol>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of product marketing experience and/or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and sales support.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead projects effectively.&nbsp;</li></ul>BenefitsProchant offers some of the best benefits in the industry!
