itemprop="responsibilities"><p>As an integral member of the Program Management team, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for compliance activities associated with certifications of products and sites on the INFORMED Programs, to support ongoing post-certification surveillance activities and to engage in administration of the INFORMED Programs.</p><p><em>The successful candidate will be playing a vital role in supporting the global industry of clean sport and safer dietary supplements.</em></p><p>This role is remote, but we are looking for candidates who live close to <strong>Lexington Kentucky</strong> as we do have a shared office there with other LGC employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead the management, purchase and shipment of blind samples via online retailers (blind samples are commercial units of dietary supplement products certified across the INFORMED Programs</li><li>Ensure all purchasing is completed in a timely manner and that testing of blinds occurs in line with program requirements</li><li>Record applicable product information on appropriate internal electronic tracking systems</li><li>Manage all receipts from purchases, maintain purchase records and support with company credit card reconciliation</li><li>Coordinate with relevant internal teams to receive and ship blinds that are only available in their purchasing territory (for example by using third party shipping companies)</li><li>Resolve missing orders with online retailers, keeping colleagues informed of any delays, discrepancies or challenges</li><li>Complete Member Reviews (surveillance auditing of customers and active certifications), working directly with the account owner and ensuring program criteria are met</li><li>Lead the resolution of non-compliances relating to blind purchases or Member Reviews, engaging with internal teams and/or customers as necessary</li><li>Support other program compliance activities as required, for example identifying, logging, tracking and resolving non-compliances</li><li>Perform administrative duties supporting compliance across all INFORMED Programs, communicating effectively with colleagues and relevant internal teams to ensure efficiency and integrity (this may also involve communication with customers)</li><li>Provide data reports to internal teams as necessary to support compliance activities for the INFORMED Programs</li><li>Ensure full traceability of all records by following group record keeping procedures.</li><li>Organize and maintain documents within class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>High School Diploma is required.</li><li>Excellent time management skills – ability to multitask on numerous projects</li><li>Good interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across multiple time zones and cultures</li><li>Organized with acute attention to detail</li><li>Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Databases</li><li>Proficient computer skills</li><li>Commercial awareness (desirable, not essential)</li></ul></div></section><section
