We are searching for a&nbsp;Program Manager, Practice Recruiting to join the team! The person in this role will be responsible for managing the Practice Recruitment Program which includes several third-party recruitment agency relationships while also working with a third party (RPO) recruitment process outsourcing firm to develop a new inhouse solution to support attracting top talent to join our partner practices across the nation including clinical, administrative and other healthcare professionals as needed by the individual practices.\n Essential Functions:<ul><li>Development of a full scope talent acquisition process for Partner Practices leveraging the processes and procedures from the RPO firm.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage national and regional sourcing strategies for clinical and administrative positions.</li><li>Proactive pipeline development including the designing, building and maintaining a strong and diverse network of potential candidates via the RPO applicant tracking system.</li><li>Develop best practices &amp; guidelines to standardize &amp; streamline the processes between yourself, recruiting agencies, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and provide support with job descriptions, job posting strategies, and compensation package recommendations to attract and retain top candidates.</li><li>Maintain a real-time accurate recruiting activity tracker &amp; metrics dashboard.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> Required Skills and Abilities: <ul><li>Proven ability to proactively work with third party recruiters, hiring managers &amp; physicians to support &amp; drive the recruitment process from start-to-finish.</li><li>Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.</li><li>Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Lever).</li><li>Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-outreach, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates</li><li>Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight against defined goals and expectations.</li></ul> Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li> 3+ years managing a full scope recruiting program with 4+ years of healthcare specific clinical &amp; administrative recruiting experience </li></ul> Preferred Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>6+ years of clinical &amp; administrative recruiting experience&nbsp; </li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or Similar</li></ul> \nWho We Are:Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
