Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for&#160;Property Field Claims Adjuster.&#160; Candidate will work from the field so at home when not in the field inspecting claims in the Minnesota and north areas. Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role. Job Title: Property Field Claims Adjuster Sr&#160; Job Location: Minneapolis, MN, US&#160; Job Type: Remote Required Skills: &#160;<ul><li>Ability to thrive in a remote-work environment.&#160;</li><li>Multilingual is preferred.&#160;</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD and Excel (or their equivalents), Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating software (as applicable).&#160;</li><li>Possesses competent knowledge with residential and commercial construction techniques.</li><li>Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.</li><li>Maintains the appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by the states in which we do business. &#160; &#160;</li><li>This job operates in a work from home and virtual office environment with a mobile office/company vehicle to work from and utilize for transportation to and from appointments.</li><li>Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.</li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with the ability to drive an automobile.</li><li>Must have the physical dexterity to walk, reach, climb, and crawl to inspect damage, sometimes in unfavorable working conditions or inclement weather.</li><li>The ability to lift, carry and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds to perform roof inspections may be required.</li><li>May be called upon for catastrophic duty.</li></ul> Please check my availability https://calendly.com/venkatbvteck/15min&#160; Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
