<p>We need a Python developer to start a new project with GenAI</p><h3>What skill set are we looking for?</h3><ul> <li>3+ years of experience in commercial development;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Python;</li> <li>Experience with AI projects;</li> <li>Design and implement data ingestion, storage, and processing strategies to support AI workflows following recommendations by an external GenAI specialist;</li> <li>Adherence to best practices in AI-based tools development, including model training, results validation, and deployment;</li> <li>Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, evaluate their potential applications, and suggest solutions to business needs;</li> <li>Implementing and optimizing tools based on Generative AI models and their training/calibrating based on data received by business users’ interactions with clients;</li> </ul><h3>Will be a plus:</h3><ul> <li>Proficiently using a range of AI tools and technologies, potentially including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NLTK, or Pandas.</li> <li>AWS, Azure</li> <li>NLP</li> </ul><h3>What should you do?</h3><ul> <li>Work on a fintech project</li> <li>Generate ideas and ways of project implementation</li> <li>Maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams</li> <li>Provide an estimate for feature development</li> </ul><h3>Our benefits:</h3><ul> <li>The exchange of experience</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Periodic performance review every six months</li> <li>Paid events attendance</li> <li>Tailored PC Purchase Program</li> </ul><p></p><p>We believe that work can be a pleasure, so we are waiting for someone who shares our views.</p><h3>Interview stages:</h3><p>Stage 1.
