We are looking for a QC Specialist, to ensure the quality and compliance of our apparel and cosmetics packaging. The ideal candidate will execute inspections and must have a strong understanding of industry standards, materials, and production processes. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct quality inspections on packaging materials and finished products.</li><li>Evaluate packaging designs for compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and non-conformities.</li><li>Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers for packaging materials.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on quality control practices.</li><li>Travel to factories and supplier locations in China or within Asia.</li></ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in quality control within the apparel or cosmetics industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Familiarity with quality management systems and tools </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software </li><li>Nice to have: <ul><li>Experience with sustainability practices in packaging.</li><li>Certification in Quality Control or related field.</li></ul></li></ul>
