We are looking for a QC Specialist, who is creative, analytical and passionate about Underwear, Seamless, Apparel &amp; Fashion. This role needs to comply with the QC schedule arrangement. Execute the final inspection of each order before shipping out. Execute the in-line inspection when production starts sewing and conduct the container supervision if need be on site. 

 Role Challenges:
 
QC Team: Comply with the arrangement.
Reports:<ul><li dir="ltr">In-line inspection report:<ul><li dir="ltr">Critical defects found: send the report within 24hrs.</li><li dir="ltr">No critical found: send the report on every Friday.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Final inspection report:<ul><li dir="ltr">Pass report: send the report on every Friday.</li><li dir="ltr">Fail report: send the report within 24hrs.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Container loading report:<ul><li dir="ltr">Send the report on every Friday.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Audit Schedule report (weekly-Friday):</li></ul>
Inspections:<ul><li>Properly arranged the inspections between factories.</li><li dir="ltr">Take inspections individually and send reports as required. </li><li dir="ltr">Send audit reports and upload reports on Google file.</li></ul>
Partnerships:<ul><li dir="ltr">Find critical issues in production and discuss with QC manager at first of time.</li><li dir="ltr">Find and feedback improper audit procedures in daily work.</li><li dir="ltr">Help to make our QC team with higher level and standard.</li></ul>
Factory:<ul><li dir="ltr">Take responsibility for all inspections.</li></ul>
Works: <ul><li dir="ltr">Taking inspections as our SOPs instructed.</li><li dir="ltr">Ensure factories are available for the tools required before each final inspection: <ul><li dir="ltr">Approved top samples, lab dip, trim card, packaging template, </li><li dir="ltr">Correct packing list</li><li dir="ltr">Original Purchase orders</li><li dir="ltr">Any deviation approved need print out the email communications</li><li dir="ltr">Sign a report with a factory representative. </li></ul></li></ul><div> </div>
Requirements:<ul>
	<li>5+ years of Quality experience (Intimate/Seamless Garments) </li>
	<li>
	Good English communication skills</li>
	<li>
	Basic Excel and Powerpoint</li></ul><ul>
