To aid in these efforts, we are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Virtual Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment strategy, focusing on the administrative and operational aspects of the hiring process. This remote position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or recruitment, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.&nbsp;THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE PART TIME POSITION, TYPICALLY 10-20 HOURS PER WEEK.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li> Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for various roles.</li> <li> Hiring Funnel Management: Efficiently move candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at each stage.</li> <li> Video Interview Review: Watch and grade candidate video interviews based on predetermined criteria, providing summaries and recommendations to the hiring team.</li> <li> Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars to avoid conflicts.</li> <li> Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating candidate records, sending out employment tests, and preparing interview materials.</li> <li> Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the hiring process and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>2+ years of proven experience in HR or recruitment, particularly in an administrative or assistant role.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a great candidate experience.</li> <li>Proficiency in various ATS and candidate assessment tools</li> <li>Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and dedication.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Pay of $8/hour</li> <li>Fully remote working arrangement.</li> <li>Flexible working hours.</li> </ul>
