Snappy Shopper exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our Location&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We are a Scottish start-up with 150 colleagues based around the UK and our Head Office in Dundee.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However, in this role you’ll mainly be on-the-road along the East coast of Scotland; From Dundee upwards. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is an exciting new role within our Growth function where you’ll work largely autonomously, however with the support of our Retail Support Squads, to grow numbers of orders weekly in your Region. Responsibilities include: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Quickly engage the existing retailers in your region; you will have a mixture of top to poor performing stores and will, therefore, want to create tailored support and performance strategies.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Sign up new independent retailers and look for opportunities to grow our portfolio. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Build strong local relationships and trust amongst existing and new retailers&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Monitor and share insights on local competition and trends&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Collaborate with Growth Squads, Groups Team, Business Development and Central Marketing where appropriate&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           You can prioritise but not over promise.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           A strong understanding of the retail market including P&amp;amp;L, GMV, local market trends. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Data driven and the ability to use our data to drive performance and increase profit. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;•           Happy to be on the road!
