Stream Data Centers is looking for a highly organized and results-driven leader, manager, advocate, and collaborator to build, manage, and lead project teams in the delivery of multiple Steam Data Centers (SDC) deployments within a designated region. The primary function of this role will be to Lead project teams in the successful delivery of Data Center projects in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational guidelines. The Regional Manager, Construction is expected to collaborate with the design, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and compliant delivery of projects within an assigned region. This role is responsible for the successful outcome of each project, shall oversee and lead the project team in project execution, and support organizational tasks and duties as required and/or assigned. Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Plans, directs, and supervises project operations and is responsible for project delivery.</li> <li>Assists with planning and budgeting efforts for strategic deployments and future projects.</li> <li>Collaborates with Development Team on site approach and readiness.</li> <li>Participates in Preconstruction efforts to align design, scope of work, and estimates with current Stream metrics and goals. </li> <li>Reviews and approves procurement of qualified contractors and vendors to provide the quality services and product Stream Data Centers expects.</li> <li>Adherence to Development Agreements and Lease Terms between Stream Data Centers and Tenant and ensures project compliance with contractual agreements.</li> <li>Maintains compliance with Stream OPR’s and Standards.</li> <li>Staffs projects appropriately to successfully accomplish project objectives and deliverable requirements.</li> <li>Primary Tenant interface for communications and project coordination and works directly with Steam Account Management.</li> <li>Monitors Project Budget and Change Management processes for adherence to project requirements and supports project team where necessary. </li> <li>Project reporting requirements</li> <li>Ensures safety best practices and policies are being followed.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience</li> <li>10-15 years of relevant experience in project management, with 5+ years preferably working within the Mission Critical space.</li> <li>Knowledge of applicable building regulations, standards, best practices, and applicable codes.</li> <li>Ability to lead integrated teams of Engineers, Contractors, Skilled Trades, Equipment Manufacturers, Commissioning Teams, Tenants, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and Stream Professionals to a common goal and outcome.</li> <li>Successful execution of $250M+, fast-tracked project deployments in a leadership position.</li> <li>Proven ability to successfully manage and direct multiple project teams simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience working across multiple locations in the United States.</li> <li>Ability to travel to jobsite locations.</li> <li>Experience leading and mentoring others.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, SharePoint and Project Management software platform experience.</li> </ul>____________________________________________________________________________________ Stream is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, military status, or any other reason prohibited by law.
