<ul> <li>Co-ordinate import/export shipments between Booking Agent, local operations contractor, forwarders and shipper for all Philippines shipments</li> <li> Undertake site visits for packing/delivery and warehouse as required</li> <li>Conduct pre-move surveys</li> <li>Maintain shipment job files in company Move Management software</li> <li>Initiate job billing process and verification</li> <li>Provide status reports as required</li> <li>Assist Pacific Move Manager co-ordinating shipments in/out of the other Pacific locations</li> <li>Manage the despatch/administration of Filipino packing crews from Manila to remote Pacific locations for packing as required</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Minimum 5 years’ experience co-ordinating personal effects shipments in Manila</li> <li>Must be from international moving companies</li> <li>Advantageous: </li> <ul><li>Familiarity with handling ITGBL shipments for the US Embassy in Manila</li></ul> <ul> <li>The ability to survey volumes is a definite advantage</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of packing, delivery and making liftvans as this relates to the moving industry is a definite advantage</li> </ul> </ul>&nbsp;Personal attributes:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be responsible, reliable, and honest
