This is a fully remote opportunity and as a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound web messages in Swedish and English. Please note: In order to ensure adequate proficiency, qualified applicants will have to complete language assessments in Swedish and English. \n Orientation Hours, Production Hours and Project Commitments (All times in Pacific Time):<ul><li>40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period&nbsp;</li><li> - Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1PM</li><li> - Orientation phase 2:&nbsp;4 weeks, self scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM</li><li>Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM. </li><li>If you need help making the time zone conversion, this is a great tool: <a href="https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/" class="postings-link">https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/</a>.
