In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails, offering timely and effective support.\n We're looking for candidates who:<ul><li>have background in IT helpdesk roles.</li><li>are proficient in technology with a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and server environments.</li><li>are experienced in using remote access tools.</li><li>are skilled in providing support via phone and handling ticket-based inquiries.</li><li>are adept at following standard operating procedures and technical documentation.</li><li>have the ability comprehend and leave detailed notes in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Workspace Requirements:<ul><li>Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10&nbsp;or above (Sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks)</li><li>12 GB of Ram</li><li>Dual Monitors</li><li>Quality headset&nbsp;with a noise canceling microphone</li><li>Quiet workspace to take calls&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone&nbsp;</li><li>Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.</li></ul> \n***IMPORTANT***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
