As an essential part of our team, you help us deliver the medical innovation that patients are desperate for. </div><div>Together, we are Built for BiotechSM. <strong>Join us and build your future here.</strong><br /> <br /><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></div><ul><li>Liaising with internal customers to review contract/budget areas which impact planning of projects or assignment of staff required to manage project work</li><li>Maintaining and overseeing staff tracking assignments and providing updates as needed regarding availability and assignment status to ensure projects are staffed appropriately as defined by budgets</li><li>Ensuring quality scheduling data through ongoing review and monitoring of plans and ensuring the resourcing system is kept up to date.</li><li>Understanding and / or analyzing resourcing and capacity information across the organization.</li><li>Matching staff assignments as closely as possible to budgets/change orders in order to maximize profitability.</li></ul><div><strong>What We Are Searching For:</strong></div><div> </div><div>BS/BA degree (or equivalent) and 2-6 years direct experience; or an equivalent experience of 4-7+ years with direct resource planning and scheduling responsibilities within a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment<br />Experience mentoring and coaching team members (for level II)<br />Experience creating internal training materials, proactively managing time and project requirements based on study deliverables, developing SOPs and WGs related to forecasting, planning, and resourcing (for level II)<br />Good understanding of Pharmaceutical and CRO processes and knowledge of Project Management methodologies within the industry <br />MS Project or similar project scheduling software training/qualifications desired.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Why Choose Premier Research?  </strong></div><div> </div><div>Premier Research is more than a company – it’s a community of people that truly care about one another, about our clients, and about our mission of furthering research to improve the lives of patients in critical need.  </div><div><ul><li>Our Values – We Aim High, We Work Together, We Stay Agile, We Get It Done, We Care – mirror the determination, flexibility and trust that our team embodies.
