We are experiencing explosive growth, with over $3 billion in assets supplied on the protocol. In just 6 months, our new permissionless protocol grew from 0 to $2 billion, solidifying itself as the new standard for DeFi lending. Now, we are scaling our team of contributors to establish itself as a cornerstone - not just of DeFi, but of a new internet-native financial system.<h3>💼 Who we are looking for</h3>We are seeking a Risk Analyst who will own various risk topics(market arbitrage, risk analysis, vault performance assessments,&nbsp;etc.) and&nbsp;own the reward distribution strategy.<h3></h3><h3>🛠 Mission &amp; Responsibilities</h3>Your main tasks will include:<ul> <li>Support our integrators and their performance. Give strategic guidance to optimize for their long-term sustainability by conducting in-depth market studies.</li> <li>Develop and provide tools with the help of the integration team to optimize market efficiency.</li> <li>Help scale the deployment of new markets and vaults.</li> <li>Own the development of risk tooling for risk curators.</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to risk-related projects.</li> <li>Own our rewards distribution strategies.</li> <li>Track our tokens across different venues and types of holders.</li> </ul>RequirementsProficient in risk and quantitative analysis, including mathematical and statistical modeling (4-5 years of experience)Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of market operations, price discovery, and liquidity.System Modeling: Ability to autonomously model systems using Python and perform data analysis.
