They’re seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll drive lead validation, manage their sales pipeline, oversee content marketing, and use the latest tools to enhance outreach and engagement—all while embodying their commitment to hard work, collaboration, and innovation.Location:Fully remote (Work from home). This role offers flexibility to work across PST, MT, or EST time zones. Scheduled team syncs are conducted in PST to accommodate team availability.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Take setter calls to validate leads and prepare them for follow-up meetings.</li><li>Manage sales communications, CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), and sales pipeline, including managing emails using Google Workspace.</li><li>Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and summarize RFPs periodically.</li><li>Scrape email and LinkedIn lists using tools like Clay and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Instantly.ai">Instantly.ai</a>.</li><li>Oversee and optimize automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to maximize lead engagement.</li></ul>Marketing Activities:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Assist in developing sales and marketing materials, including newsletters, blogs, and social media content.</li><li>Maintain and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.</li><li>Monitor and manage Facebook Ads to ensure performance aligns with business goals.</li><li>Help create engaging social media content, post updates, and interact with online communities.</li></ul>Customer Engagement:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that align with brand and growth goals.</li><li>Address partner and client inquiries to ensure positive engagement and communication experiences.</li></ul>Performance Tracking:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Track and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, reporting regularly on key performance metrics.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools to assess and optimize the success of campaigns.</li></ul>Business Development:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Identify new leads, close sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts.</li><li>Support partnership development efforts to onboard and grow business accounts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create materials, respond to RFPs, and deliver on growth-oriented initiatives.</li><li>Conduct ROI analysis and implement data-driven optimizations to ensure business growth.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect effectively with clients and partners.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Google Workspace, and social media management tools.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to evolving business needs.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience with email scraping tools (Clay, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Instantly.ai">Instantly.ai</a>) and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads.</li><li>Familiarity with content marketing and managing editorial calendars.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like:Increased Lead Conversion: Successfully validate and nurture leads through the sales funnel, driving measurable growth in conversions.Effective Content Management: Maintain an organized and engaging content calendar, delivering timely and impactful posts and publications.Optimized Campaigns: Leverage automated outreach and social media management to drive engagement and client satisfaction.Collaboration and Communication: Work seamlessly with the team, ensuring high standards of engagement, organization, and execution.Growth-Oriented Initiatives: Develop and optimize data-driven growth programs that deliver clear ROI.<h3>Application Process:</h3><h3>To be considered for this role these steps need to be followed:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Fill in the application form</li><li>Record a video showcasing your skill sets</li></ul>
