In this role you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls and placing outbound sales calls to customers and prospects. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services. The Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, drive strategic initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service. &nbsp;This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and an openness to continuously take on new challenges and drive revenue. &nbsp;The position only requires occasional travel for training, meetings, and development opportunities. *Candidate must be bilingual and be able to work east coast hours.WHAT YOU WILL DO <ul> <li>Make outbound sales calls to generate new leads, message and sample accounts as well as follow up on sales inquiries/ leads.</li> <li>Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries from customers and prospects, providing follow up and solutions...including referring to the field team.</li> <li>Lead virtual educational sales meetings with customers on platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.</li> <li>Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to recommend the appropriate products or services.</li> <li>Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote customer retention and increase sales.</li> <li>Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service and support.</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.</li> <li>Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, execute precall planning, update customer information, and generate sales reports.</li> <li>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.</li> <li>Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and participate in regular sales and product training initiatives.</li> </ul>WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nutrition, Sales, or a related field.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales or a similar role.</li> <li>Must be verbally fluent in English and Spanish, as well as possess excellent grammar skills in both languages.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li> <li>Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.</li> <li>Self-motivation and goal oriented.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or Veeva.</li> <li>Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry.</li> <li>Positive and outgoing attitude. </li> <li>Superior negotiating and influencing skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Keen ability to listen and follow-up effectively and diplomatically with all staffing levels and customers.</li> <li>Strong commitment to company mission and values.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.</li> </ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of equity. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
