Elevate and Delegate

Our client is a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for home service businesses across the nation. Their clientele includes a diverse range of home improvement specialties, such as HVAC, electricians, plumbers, exterior remodelers, kitchen and bath remodelers, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales process. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion and success of our client.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage with potential leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.</li> <li>Qualify and assess the needs and requirements of prospective clients to determine their suitability for Built-Right Digital's digital marketing solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with our sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead progress in our CRM system.</li> <li>Continuously stay informed about industry trends, our services, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a bonus.</li> <li>Knowledge of the home service industry is a plus.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.</li> <li>Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.</li> <li>Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.</li> </ul>Salary: $5 - $7 / hour Schedule:&nbsp;8am - 5pm CST
