We sell remotely, so you'll spend most of your time on the phone or video calls. However, the work will require some travel to company-sponsored events and conferences 3-6 times a year. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented SDR rockstar to join our SDR team and play a key role in helping us scale our business.\n Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting</li><li>Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills</li><li>Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.</li><li>Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.</li><li>Be the face of Sprinto and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.</li><li>Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects</li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>You will do better at this role if:</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Fresher or upto 3 years' of experience in Sales</li><li>Exceptional communication and time management skills</li><li>International sales exposure</li><li>Prior work experience in SaaS companies is a plus</li><li>Ultimately customer-focused, and care about making them successful</li><li>A self-starter and find what to work on, teach yourself whatever you need in order to get things done</li><li>Hungry, with a strong bias towards action</li><li>Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li> Freshers or upto 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in SaaS</li><li>Experience in Email Outreach and Cold Calling</li><li>Fair bit of understanding of SaaS Sales</li><li>Highly confident, motivated and curious Sales professional</li><li>Are you excited about being a key player on an early sales team?</li><li>Do you enjoy consultative sales?</li><li>Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies</li><li>If yes, we'd love to chat with you!</li><li>Sales at Sprinto is exciting.
