We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lift our solutions to the next level.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2 id=&quot;tasks&quot;&gt;Tasks&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales EMEA,  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will develop a business plan and market strategy for the region and identify the most promising opportunities and customers  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will work closely together with the back office in a tandem  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will take ownership and independently manage the projects in FRAMOS  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will challenge solutions, ideas and requirements  with your deep understanding of customers business&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will be responsible for the maintenance of data in Salesforce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The role is based in Munich with opportunity to work remotely anywhere in Germany.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You have several years of sales experience with electrical or technical products in a B2B environment &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are curious, energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You work with well-structured methods &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You enjoy taking ownership and lead  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You know how to spark curiosity and attract potential customers and also build trust and long-term relationships with them  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are eager to learn and constantly improve your skills  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have excellent communication and presentation skills &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are an empathetic person, who enjoys helping customers, as well as colleagues  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are passionate about new technologies and agile ways of working  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You speak native German and English fluently (both at least C1)&lt;/li&gt;
