&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Summary&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We’re on the lookout for someone who will recruit new partners, manage existing relationships, and lead the onboarding process. You&amp;#39;ll leverage your expertise in affiliate networks, partner recruitment, and performance tracking to create and oversee successful campaigns. By nurturing affiliate relationships and optimizing commission structures, you&amp;#39;ll drive engagement on a global level. &lt;strong&gt;Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company (e.g. Affiliate Network or Lead generator) is a MUST.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and cultivate relationships with existing partners, while actively seeking new potential partners;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the onboarding process;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Fluent/Native Russian and English;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of API integration and S2S tracking;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with various CRM&amp;#39;s.&lt;/li&gt;
