At NAS, we optimize candidate attraction through storytelling, technology and strategy.</p><p>Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<strong>NAS Recruitment Innovation</strong><strong>,&nbsp;</strong>an M3 company.</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><ul><li>Prospect and sell to major or enterprise level new clients both in defined territory</li><li>Thought leadership through speaking engagements, trade show presence, blogging, and hosting NAS product solution webinars.</li><li>Communicate market and prospect needs, competitive insight and market trends to upper management</li><li>Meet target digital and core revenue goals through solutions-based selling to prospects</li><li>Achieve revenue goals through the ability to teach for differentiation, tailor approach as required and take control of the sales</li><li>Acts as an advisor as related to acquisition and integration related to sales and marketing</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals</li><li>2+ years of experience in SaaS/Recruitment/Human Resource Industry</li><li>Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota’s</li><li>Ability to sell complex technology solutions with a consultative methodology</li><li>Industry expertise/relationships in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources/Employment Branding or Recruitment Marketing is strongly preferred</li><li>Ability to understand client thinking and offer unique perspectives as solution</li><li>Tenacity and drive to encourage decisions</li><li>Strong leadership skills as demonstrated by ability to advise in a senior level capacity</li><li>Ability to comprehend customers value and economic drivers through strong reasoning ability</li><li>5+ plus years consultative sales experience</li><li>Effective communicator, internal and external, with strong presentation skills</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal NAS resources to move deals through the pipeline and set up the Client Services team for success in retention and long-term growth of the account.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>M3 USA is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, offering digital solutions across healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and more.
