As a Senior Commercial Business Analyst you'll deliver insights, learnings and guidance to the commercial team. You'll analyse sales trends, market conditions, and financial data, and provide insights to help our portfolio of games hit their revenue targets across multiple platforms and help guide wider business strategies, driving commercial success. This includes converting strategy and business requirements into clear, concise, and cohesive presentations.What you'll be doing: <ul> <li>Lead on ongoing sales forecasting across our portfolio of titles across all platforms &amp; third party retailers, providing insights and direction</li> <li>Conduct product lifecycle analysis and direction of promotional activity, subscription deals and other revenue driving strategic deal opportunities&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide recommendations based on market insights to evaluate and support new partnerships and commercial initiatives </li> <li>Enable best practice in commercial analysis and reporting to different Studio groups</li> <li>Work with ADSE to create and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) </li> <li>Produce and present complex information effectively and to a diverse audience, translating business requirements into actionable insights </li> <li>Interact with multiple stakeholders across the studio to disseminate information</li> <li>Understand business needs to prioritise work against deadlines</li> </ul>What we're looking for: <ul> <li>Previous sales and commercial analysis of B2C commerce</li> <li>Strong curiosity for data, diving deep into it to extract commercial insights and make confident, actionable predictions.</li> <li>Strong communicator and data storyteller with the ability to translate to PowerPoint presentations </li> <li>Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the business</li> <li>Successful at driving and delivering change in a meaningful way</li> <li>Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel and other modern statistical tools</li> <li>Familiarity with modern data visualization tools e.g Tableau, PowerBI etc</li> <li>Ability to self-start and work effectively to deadlines</li> </ul>What we offer:When you join Jagex you can look forward to a generous Perks &amp; Benefits package including:<ul> <li>Private Healthcare, including Dental Plan,</li> <li>Minimum 6% Pension contributions</li> <li>Employee Assistance Programme &amp; onsite Counselling</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Discretionary annual performance bonus</li> <li>Enhanced family leave policies from day 1</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>25 days annual leave + Bank holidays &amp; the option to buy/sell holidays + so much more!</li> </ul>Collaboration is at the heart of Jagex.
