Are you an experienced Senior Community Manager who wants to build and foster a community for a brand new game with a hugely popular IP?As the Senior Community Manager on this unannounced project, you will have full autonomy to create and implement community strategies, campaigns and initiatives. You will be the voice of the community to the development team and vice-versa.Reporting to the Executive Producer on the project, this is a hugely influential role in which you will be able to work with the internal team and the community you’ll help build, to ensure this project is developed with the community’s thoughts front and centre so we can deliver another Forever Game that players want to keep coming back to and be involved in the growth and improvement of.What you’ll be doing: <ul><li>Develop and deliver a community led launch for our brand-new Game.</li></ul><ul> <li>Oversee the management &amp; growth of online communities for our new forever game.</li> <li>Build and oversee the vision &amp; strategy for community input, ensuring the voice of the player is a fundamental part of decision making for the team. </li> <li>Work with Product Management, Design &amp; Production leadership to build a strong relationship between developers and players.</li> <li>Create, execute &amp; support strong and compelling community reveal &amp; growth plans for all content. </li> <li>Define community strategies, budgets, and tactical execution plans. Then work with internal &amp; external teams to ensure world class execution. </li> <li>Oversee all community channels and ensure we utilize best practices to increase engagement and manage sentiment. </li> <li>Work closely with Marketing and product to create a consistent tone of voice for all player facing communication.</li> <li>Work with other Community leads and Jagex Leadership on player initiatives &amp; improving the craft of Community Management within the studio.&nbsp; </li> <li>Maintain a strong player-facing presence on community channels, livestreams, and social media. </li> <li>Attend influencer and community events to build strong relationships that support the Community Vision &amp; Strategy. </li> <li>Provide on call support &amp; be the Community Management point of escalation for Crisis Management. </li> <li>Identify, onboard, and oversee agency partners or new team members that can expand the capabilities of the Community Management team. </li> <li>Lead on community reporting &amp; spearhead initiatives to improve the way we collect &amp; measure community feedback including sentiment, engagement, growth &amp; more. </li> <li>Own the budget for Community Management, encompassing Creator Commissions, Organic Influencer Management, Community Events &amp; Paid Influencer Activations. </li> </ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we’re looking for: <ul> <li>Proven track record working in a community management role on games with large community focus.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in altering the trajectory of a games’ launch and/or development by successfully nurturing community engagement.</li> <li>Strong experience identifying trends &amp; patterns in community channels and feeding this information to dev teams in a structured way.</li> <li>Understanding and experience of influencer management.</li> <li>Proficient in using social media platforms for community engagement and promotion.</li> <li>Proactive, hands-on approach to community management and community engagement.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to trade shows and exhibitions.</li> </ul>&nbsp;Collaboration is at the heart of Jagex.
