&lt;p&gt;This position is for our new office in Amsterdam. This means you will be one of the first employees and have the opportunity to actively help build the business in the Benelux. It is also very likely that you will get to work for cool start-ups in Germany and the rest of Europe.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a Manager, you take on project management and project implementation tasks for our clients or accompany them on an interim basis, for example as Head of Finance. Together with a small and supportive team, you are an essential part of our project implementation. You are there to ensure the quality standards of our operations and improve them with your experience. Through thorough analyses, best practice ideas and pragmatic measures that you implement, you inspire our clients and thereby promote our growth.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Implementation of consulting projects on finance and back-office issues in fast-growing companies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Realization of analysis workshops, assessment of the situation, development of solution concepts, presentation and implementation of solution concepts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interim Management, e.g. as a Head of Finance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Building and automating processes using best in class finance, hr, and project management tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Setting up lean and best practice processes in finance and administrative areas, e.g. investor reporting, business plan, liquidity forecast, annual financial statement&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Being the linking pin to all stakeholders such as service providers or tax advisors&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Helping Start-ups in fundraising and due dilligence projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Continuous development of our internal processes: knowledge exchange, documentation, partnerships, best practices&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are looking for motivated people of different backgrounds that fit most of the following. We don´t expect you to have all the skills yet. What you don´t know now we will teach you in our internal torq.academy.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;You have a degree or similar in a finance related field of study&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have professional experience in the finance area - preferably in a Start-up environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You want to lead smaller projects independently and preferably have some experience in managing teams of up to 2 FTE&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have knowledge in the area of process automation and digitalization&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have experience in or are not afraid to learn (financial) modelling and analysis&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You feel comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyse and report&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are not afraid to provide support in acquisition and recognise opportunities in your projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have experience with project-based work and are comfortable working against deadlines &amp;amp; deliverables&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have or experience with, or want to learn, consultancy skills or other client-facing work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You have very good communication skills in Dutch and/or English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You are located in Amsterdam or the Randstad and are open to hybrid working&lt;/li&gt;
