What is the role?
We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Enignerr to take part in our Customer Care team. You will play a critical role in the success of our customers by providing best-in-class support, and acting as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams in order to resolve inbound inquiries in a thorough and efficient manner. 
What you’ll be responsible:
<ul><li>Developing relationships with customers, answering their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application,</li><li>Communicating requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments,</li><li>Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution,</li><li>Becoming an expert in all products and take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning,</li><li>Providing ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements,</li><li>Provide application support for our products</li></ul>
We are looking for a passionate talent who has;
<ul><li>University degree in a related field (Preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering),</li><li>Min. 5 years of working experience</li><li>Customer-oriented with strong communication skills,</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and think creatively,</li><li>Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment,</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required,</li><li>Basic database and SQL knowledge,</li><li>Basic HTML knowledge,</li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English,</li><li>Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable.</li><li>Willingness to works shift pattern essential and occasionally work weekends</li></ul>
