We help motivate learners by promoting collaboration, communication, and connections with their peers and instructors.       As Senior Director of Product Management in Teaching &amp; Learning, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and go-to-market strategy of several premium capabilities in the Teaching &amp; Learning portfolio. Research, definition, prioritization, and communication are core and critical to the ongoing success of this role. You will be the go-to person for any questions or communication related to these premium capabilities and must work closely and effectively with the numerous and varied teams and individuals contributing to the product, including product design, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, sales, sales enablement, and support.       The successful candidate must possess the skills needed to develop, market, and support the product to current and prospective customers. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function.
