We will enable you to own your decisions, think big and do potentially the best work of your life while having an awesome time.&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you’ll do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Write highly testable code in Typescript/React and GoLang.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be a technical lead within your team, mentor junior developers on their journey and be a buddy for new hires.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ship working software regularly using our highly automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps approach using Terraform and ArgoCD&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take the lead on our lightweight approach to high level design for our microservice architecture&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with an empowered and highly agile cross-functional team to deliver high quality software and features of any size at pace and at scale.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with Designers and other Software Developers of all experience levels on a daily basis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take an active interest in the business and let this knowledge help inform your day-to-day technical decisions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with your peers and technology management on improving the Shuttlerock technology-base. We are at the stage of our journey where our joint technology decisions will shape the company for years to come.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the team to make sure the Developer Experience (DX) is second to none.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be trusted to get the job done the way that works for you and your team&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Help to maintain a positive, collaborative and friendly, yet honest and productive working environment and attitude.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keep an open and healthy mind.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you’ll bring&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Minimum qualifications&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;7 years of software development experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in Typescript, GoLang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in high quality applications with one of the leading three cloud providers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate and write in English fluently and idiomatically.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;What might bring the extra edge&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Master’s degree or further education or experience in engineering, computer science, information systems, mathematics or other technical related fields.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A curious eye and an appreciation and interest for the intersection of design &amp;amp; technology. We are a creative technology company, so curiosity and the will to think beyond the ordinary in this space would be a plus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Deep experience developing high-performance, accessible and I18n standardised web applications, sites and services. Our stack is evolving around GoLang, Typescript, React, Kubernetes and more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Practical experience with cloud-native / serverless technology.
