<div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Position Summary:</strong></em></span><br />The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities across the organization. This role involves providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making, driving the annual budget process, and ensuring alignment of financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives. The Senior Manager, FP&A will work closely with leadership to develop financial models, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.</div><div> </div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></em></span> </div><div><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic budget submissions</li><li>Prepare and update rolling forecasts, considering business trends and economic conditions.</li><li>Develop long-term financial plans and scenario analyses</li><li>Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial performance against key indicators</li><li>Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, providing explanations and recommendations for improvement</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with business units to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and projects</li><li>Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Requirements:</strong></em></span></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred</li><li>7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field </li><li>Proven experience in managing financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a complex business environment</li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Skills:</strong></em></span></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)</li><li>Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to align financial goals with business objectives</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Travel:</strong></em></span></div><div><ul><li>Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business </li></ul></div></div><p><br /><span style="font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size: 11.0pt;">#LI-Remote </span></p>
