We’re changing how people access sustainable products globally, and the opportunities are limitless.Position Overview: The Senior Influencer and Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand marketing strategy, overseeing content production, and fostering a vibrant community through influencer partnerships, social media engagement, and affiliate management. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a keen understanding of modern social media dynamics.What you will do:<ul> <li>Brand Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business goals. Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels</li> <li>Community Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, manage gifting programs, and oversee social media postings to enhance brand visibility and engagement</li> <li>Affiliate and Partnership Management: Develop and manage affiliate programs and strategic partnerships to drive growth and brand loyalty</li> <li>Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategies</li> <li>Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future efforts</li> </ul>Requirementswho you are:<ul> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, with direct experience in social media and influencer marketing</li> <li>Skills: Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking tools</li> <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively</li> <li>Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in the execution of campaigns</li> <li>Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
